The company has 18 affiliated companies, including Yingyou Textile Machinery, Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber, Changzhou Shenying Carbon Fiber Application Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Chuanhai Carbon Fiber Application Technology Research Co., Ltd. Changzhou Shenying Carbon Fiber Application Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., Changzhou Shenying Carbon Fiber Composites Co., Ltd., Changzhou TSK Automotive Decoration Co., Ltd. and Changzhou TSK Mold Technology Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned subsidiaries established by Eagle Group in Changzhou.

Eagle Group has the most advanced textile machinery industrial park in China, the largest 10,000-ton carbon fiber production base in China and the one and only fully-produced carbon fiber bicycle production base in China.
